MuleSoft Integration Developer

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing firm in the IT Services & System Integration sector delivering API-led connectivity and enterprise digital transformation for large, global customers. The team builds secure, scalable integration solutions that bridge cloud and on-prem systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform—driving real-time data flows, system orchestration, and reusable API assets. We are hiring an on-site MuleSoft Developer in India to join delivery teams executing integration implementations and API lifecycle work.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver APIs and integration flows on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4) following API-led connectivity principles.
Implement message transformations and mappings using DataWeave; build robust error handling, retries and logging across flows.
Develop RAML/OpenAPI-based API contracts and implement REST/SOAP integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests using MUnit and validate code through peer reviews.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities (build automation, artifact management, environment promotion) and troubleshoot runtime issues in staging/production.
Collaborate with architects, product owners and QA to estimate work, refine requirements and deliver production-ready integration solutions on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4 development
Proficiency with Anypoint Studio and DataWeave transformations
Experience designing APIs with RAML or OpenAPI (Swagger)
Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and API security patterns (OAuth2, JWT)
Experience writing automated tests using MUnit
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tooling

Preferred

Experience integrating with Salesforce or other SaaS platforms
Experience with JMS/message brokers and asynchronous integration patterns
Familiarity with Jenkins or pipeline orchestration for automated builds and deployments
