We are seeking a highly experienced MuleSoft Architect to lead enterprise integration initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has 10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years dedicated to MuleSoft, and has a proven track record in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions. The MuleSoft Architect will play a critical role in defining integration architecture, leading technical delivery, ensuring governance, and mentoring teams while driving seamless connectivity across Salesforce, NetSuite, and KIMS (Kitchen Inventory Management System).

Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Design

Define enterprise integration patterns, reference architectures, and MuleSoft best practices.
Architect & implement scalable, reusable APIs and data flows across Salesforce, NetSuite, and KIMS.
Ensure integration solutions meet high standards of
performance, availability, and compliance
.

Solution Delivery & Technical Leadership

Lead design workshops, translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
Guide development teams on
API-led connectivity, microservices, and event-driven integrations
.
Review design/code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integration performance.

Governance & Standards

Establish
API governance frameworks
and
CI/CD pipelines
for MuleSoft deployments.
Build reusable connectors, templates, and accelerators for Salesforce–NetSuite–KIMS integration.
Implement best practices in
error handling, logging, monitoring, and security
.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with Salesforce, NetSuite, and KIMS teams to align integration strategy with business needs.
Mentor MuleSoft developers and consultants.
Act as a
trusted advisor
to stakeholders by providing roadmap and solution recommendations.
