Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity contributing to the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and visualization.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects.
Optimize data collection processes and implement data management best practices.
Train and support team members in the use of data analysis tools and techniques.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization.
Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that align with the companys objectives.
Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Have a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
Show experience in working in a hybrid work model and collaborating with remote teams.
Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis and insights.
