Must Have: Technical design and documentation skillsSystem integration and data migration experienceDevelop MS Dynamics. CRM application extensions using best practice and industry standard technologies.Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.Design, code, and test technical solutions, including unit testing.Experience in data migration to CRM by using migration tools (scribe insight) and upgradation.Experience in data analysis, data mapping, data cleaning.Experience in integration between CRM and other systems by using integration tooling (scribe insight) and web services.Experience in web service development, integration design, integration mapping.Experience developing reports, dashboards forms, plugins, workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRMUnderstanding of web application development principles and proficient with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XMLUnderstand the current functionalities to work on production support.Nice To have: Desired Skills and ExperienceShould have min 5 years of experience in CRM.Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical and decision making skillsShould be team player and work on own initiative and within a team against tight deadlines.Additional Skills: Certified in CRM/ERP technologiesKnowledge of airline domain.Knowledge of agile/lean development methodologies.
