A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer designs, develops, and implements custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, focusing on CRM functionalities and integrations, while ensuring system efficiency and meeting business needs. Good communication skills Working from 6am to 2.30 pm shift as client is based on Australia. Microsoft D365 Customer Service development experience to include integrations and omni-channel setup. Minimum 2+ years’ experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure integration services Good Experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications. Knowledge of latest MS .Net Framework 4 using C#, .Net Core and Asp.net Core, knowledge of design patterns. Experience with SOA, Rest and Micro Services Architectural principle and patterns. Experience with Azure platform development, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.
