About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MRD Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling Medical Records Department (MRD) operations within a hospital setting, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day MRD operations, including medical record management, coding, filing, and retrieval.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper storage of medical records as per hospital policies and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate indexing and documentation of inpatient and outpatient records.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for timely record updates and information sharing.
• Supervise scanning, digitization, and electronic health record (EHR) updates.
• Monitor record retention schedules and ensure compliance with statutory and accreditation requirements.
• Support audits, quality initiatives, and provide necessary data for hospital reporting.
• Train and guide MRD staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Medical Records Technology / Health Information Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in MRD in a reputed hospital.
• Knowledge of ICD coding and hospital information systems (HIS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
