The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of clinical experience and hold a valid BSc Nursing / GNM qualification. The position requires immediate joining, so we are looking for candidates who can start right away. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in various settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, recording vital signs, and providing reports to the medical team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors. Assist with medical procedures and treatments, ensuring proper equipment handling and sterilization. Educate patients and their families on post-care and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous training and professional development. Requirements: Educational Qualification: BSc Nursing or GNM degree from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital experience is preferred). Registration: Valid Nurse Registration (RNC) from the respective State Nursing Council. Skills: Strong clinical skills, patient care, communication, and teamwork. Availability: Immediate joining.
