Roles & Responsibilities: Case Sheet document Compliance/Audit, Collection and maintenance of medical records as per SOP/ NABH guidelines Maintain patient files & keep in order according to the IP number. Daily rounds to check all active case sheets and highlight any deviations observed in documentation and inform the same to NS for compliance. Retrive files as per consultant/concerned departments Prepare average length of stay report Check discharge summary against prescribed summary and report Prepare file labels and same has to be displayed on racks, maintain filing statistics; audit filing sequence including MLC Make photocopy of records and documents for billing and/or legal services; send and receive information Retrieve patient schedules from computer system, distribute lab reports to physicians, and materials to other departments, request information from various departments, respond to correspondence requests Birth details data online submission to GHMC & Death data submission online to GHMC. Ensure all Medical records reach to MRD within 48 Hrs. To maintain MLC & Death file under lock & key. Job Specifications Minimum Qualification - Graduation/ Diploma in Medical Records Technical Qualifications - Computer Knowledge Minimum 1 to 5 years in relevant experience as MRD Executive Co ordination with the staff and ability to work in a team Able to speak local language along with understanding of Hindi and English.
