Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure.
Drive a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Performance Management System (PMS)

Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Performance Management System.
Partner with managers to set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans.
Analyze PMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Talent Management

Support talent retention, career development, and leadership programs.
Drive employee capability enhancement through training and skill development programs by partnering with L&D

Employee Relations & Compliance

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Branch Administration & Infrastructure

Oversee workplace administration, office facilities, and vendor management of the specific location

What are we looking for in you?

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5years in an HRBP role.
Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
