Description
As a Motion Graphics Designer at MOBILISE, a CRISIL-rated right-service agency located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting advertising & digital marketing for global brands. Your responsibilities will include: - Manipulating and editing provided raw AVs - Designing and animating titles, end cards, and accompanying graphics for different platforms - Designing and animating social media posts, generating original content from scratch as well as adapting or incorporating provided assets - Working closely with art directors to create concept solutions for clients - Collaborating with the creative team and production to understand project scope and objectives - Adapting campaign assets such as logo and artwork preparation, retouching, color grading, etc. - Proficient in cutting, transitions, and mixing audio to video - Exporting and delivering appropriate files to the specification given - General IT housekeeping of software, plugins, assets, style guides, etc. - Ensuring compliance with guidelines, deadlines, and design standards - Adhering to internal workflow and process - Finding workflow efficiencies and optimization across the pipelines - Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency - Training juniors Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Motion Graphics Designer - Ability to do Character rigging, Visualization, Illustration, and storyboarding - Demonstrable video editing ability with a good portfolio - Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity - Familiarity with special effects, transitions, 3D, and compositing - Creative mind and storytelling skills - At least 3+ years of agency advertising experience - Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro) - Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, and Davinci Resolve (Optional) - Familiarity with Mac Systems (Optional) - Typography, Layout, and Design skills - Experience working within brand guidelines, as well as adapting campaign look & feel - Passionate about design and a student of social trends - Possess a willingness to explore multiple options and adapt to stakeholder feedback - Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and collaboratively and to successfully manage concurrent and competing projects About MOBILISE: MOBILISE is a CRISIL-rated right-service agency that collaborates with premier global brands, supporting their marketing and advertising initiatives.
