Description
As a Motion Graphics Designer at MOBILISE, a CRISIL-rated full-service agency based in Indiranagar, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting advertising and digital marketing campaigns for global brands. With a required experience of at least 3+ years in agency advertising, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include manipulating and editing raw AVs, designing and animating titles, end cards, and graphics for various platforms, as well as creating social media posts from scratch or incorporating existing assets. Collaborating closely with art directors and the creative team, you will conceptualize solutions for clients and ensure the successful adaptation of campaign assets to meet project scope and objectives. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate expertise in character rigging, visualization, illustration, and storyboarding, along with proven video editing skills and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro, is a must, while familiarity with Cinema 4D and Davinci Resolve would be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess typography, layout, and design skills, as well as a creative mindset and storytelling abilities. As part of our dynamic team, you will be expected to adhere to internal workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain design standards while actively seeking opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies and implement industry best practices. Your role will also involve general IT housekeeping tasks related to software, plugins, assets, and style guides.
