As a Motion Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various purposes such as eLearning modules, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional assets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating visually appealing storyboards and style frames to plan motion sequences. - Collaborating with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Developers to convert learning concepts into compelling animated visuals. - Developing 2D/3D animations, transitions, and interactive visual effects to enhance learner engagement. - Editing video/audio content and seamlessly integrating motion graphics with other multimedia elements. - Ensuring all motion graphics align with eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility guidelines. - Optimizing animations for multi-device delivery and maintaining brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables. - Staying updated with motion design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Your technical skills should include proficiency in motion design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D/Blender, and relevant plug-ins. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with audio editing software, will be beneficial. Your creative skills should be demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video-based design work. You should have an excellent understanding of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, typography in motion, and color theory, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful animated visuals. Additionally, you should possess soft skills such as strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, the ability to take feedback constructively, and good communication and collaboration skills.
