Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and multimedia, excellent design skills, and a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs across various media. The Motion Graphic Designer will be a part of the Marketing Team, working closely with our Leadership, sales, and product teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Produce product feature videos and motion graphic videos for product awareness, sales presentations, and social media campaigns.
Edit Training, Demo, and Virtual Webinar Videos.
Design Video Intro and Outro Graphic Videos
Design and maintain the Video assets Library.
Design website assets like product illustrations and GIFs.
Collaborate with sales teams to create design assets, including sales decks, whitepapers, case studies, and research papers.
Templatize recurring client marketing videos to reduce turnaround time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animation & Multimedia or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong storytelling, storyboarding, and campaign management skills.
Experience in brand design and motion graphics.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
