Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
• Design engaging motion graphics, reels, stories, promos, and animation templates.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing strategists on AV content.
• Apply color grading, sound design, transitions, and pacing to enhance videos.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Manage and organize raw footage, assets, project files, and backups systematically.
• Stay updated with trends on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with on-set shoots, including equipment setup and technical support.
  

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Film, Mass Media, Communication, Animation, or related creative field.
• Proven experience editing luxury real estate videos.
• Mandatory: Prior work experience in a Digital / Advertising Agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of formats, aspect ratios, transitions, pacing, and audio syncing.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of sound design and royalty-free music sourcing.
• Immediate joiners only – preference will be given to candidates who can start right away.
