Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, engaging video content tailored for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and paid ads.
• Design and produce motion graphics including reels, stories, promos, logo animations, and custom templates.
• Collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, and the broader marketing team to conceptualize and execute video content.
• Implement color grading, audio syncing, transitions, sound design, and optimal pacing to elevate video storytelling.
• Ensure brand consistency across all videos in terms of style, tone, and messaging.
• Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, assets, and backups in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and platform-specific formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
• Provide on-set shoot assistance, including camera setup, lighting, and technical troubleshooting.
  

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Film, Mass Media, Animation, Communication, or a related creative field.
• Mandatory: Previous work experience in a Digital / Advertising Agency.
• Proven experience in editing luxury real estate or high-end brand videos is essential.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a bonus).
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion graphics and video editing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, visual pacing, and audio-video sync.
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and royalty-free music sourcing.
