Role Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage young learners. Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that fosters emotional and social development. Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Encourage curiosity and promote interactive learning experiences. Incorporate various teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience. Establish strong relationships with students and parents to support learning. Monitor and manage classroom behavior effectively. Assist in the development of individual learning plans for students. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development programs. Coordinate with other teachers and educational staff to create a cohesive learning environment. Prepare progress reports and communicate achievements with parents regularly. Utilize technology to support teaching and learning experiences. Organize and promote extracurricular activities that enhance personal growth and development. Support and guide students in social interactions and conflict resolution. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching role. Strong understanding of child development principles. Knowledge of educational standards and curriculum guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and parents. Proficient in lesson planning and classroom management. Creative and resourceful in problem-solving and instructional methods. Strong observational skills and adaptability to individual student needs. Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Hold a valid teaching certification in India. Ability to maintain patience and flexibility in a classroom setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools. Knowledge of safety and first aid practices relevant to children.
