Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Delhi, India. The Mortgage Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the growth of the mortgage lending portfolio, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and managing a team to achieve sales targets. The individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide superior customer service, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall business development efforts of the bank.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending.
• Expertise in Finance, including an understanding of financial products and banking regulations.
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and developing sales strategies.
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Finance or a related specialization is a plus.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry, specifically in mortgage sales management, is preferred.
