Job Summary:
We're hiring for a Sales Manager - Mortgage to drive new business acquisition and build a strong network of direct sales agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Acquisition: Increase acquisition of target clientele across mortgage and loan against property segments.
2. DSA Management: Build and strengthen a network of direct sales agencies, with regular discussions and new empanelment.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in mortgage sales and DSA management.
2. Network: Strong network of DSA's, with at least 10 regular contacts.
Details:
1. CTC: Up to 8 LPA.
