• Should have good analytical skills.
• Should have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Well versed in MS Office
• Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills
• Should be good team player.

• Preparation of loan applications and submission to lenders
• Verify customer-provided documents and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain client profile in broker software.
• Support the mortgage brokers with administrative tasks.
• Loan servicing with various lenders
• Manage good client relationships.
• Assist the Mortgage Broker to ensure that all annual internal Mortgage related compliance documents are updated.
• Starting applications and tracking right through to settlement.
