Mortgage Processor

As a Senior Manager/AGM- Mortgage Processor based in Pune, you are expected to have a minimum of 12 years of experience in processing Mortgage Loans, with at least 8 years specifically in Residential loans. Your role will involve familiarity with property and credit underwriting requirements of FNMA, FHLMC, and private mortgage insurance companies, as well as experience in Mortgage servicing operations and leading teams of 50 or more individuals. Your responsibilities will include showcasing a strong understanding of Mortgage Servicing, excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and proficient multitasking capabilities. You should possess solid analytical and communication skills both verbally and in writing, along with a sound knowledge of MS Office. Being customer-focused, an exceptional team player, and having strong interpersonal skills are key attributes for this role. In this position, you are expected to provide high-quality service to both internal staff and external customers by explaining credit decisions clearly and offering alternative solutions when necessary. Adhering to the company's Statement of Business Practices, Affirmative Action Diversity, and other standards is crucial. Maintaining quality and production standards as set by the business, reporting to top management, reviewing various Mortgage documents, and being well-versed in ratio calculations are essential aspects of this role. Flexibility to work in US Shifts is required for this full-time, permanent position in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry under the functional area of ITES/BPO/Customer Service.
