We foster innovation and build long-term business partnerships with our clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Assistant/Loan Processor located in Chennai. The Broker Assistant/Loan Processor will be responsible for processing loan applications, maintaining client files, coordinating with clients and lenders, ensuring the accuracy of documentation, and supporting brokers in daily activities. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare home loan and commercial loan applications, including gathering and organizing all supporting documentation. Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties such as solicitors, real estate agents, accountants, and loan platforms. Collect, verify, and manage documents including income, ID, and asset/liability information. Monitor applications throughout the approval and settlement process, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. Deliver professional, proactive, and responsive service to clients throughout the loan process. Update and manage CRM and workflow systems to track progress and support efficient operations. Provide administrative and operational support to the loan team as required. Requirements: 2–3+ years’ experience in residential, commercial, or related financial lending services. Solid understanding of mortgage products, policies, and loan procedures. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients, lenders, and stakeholders. High level of initiative and accountability; able to work independently and within a team. Familiar with loan lodgement, and aggregator platforms. Qualifications Experience in loan processing, client file maintenance, and documentation accuracy Excellent organizational and coordination skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and lenders Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in loan processing Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
