Module Lead - Power Apps

As a Power Apps Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and developing RPA solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in automation processes. You will drive process design and improvement initiatives, prepare work breakdown structures, and provide accurate estimations for project planning and execution. Your strong problem-solving abilities and adept troubleshooting skills will be crucial in resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in business process modeling and implementing technical solutions tailored to RPA requirements. - Stay updated with the latest features and advancements in RPA technologies relevant to the automation platform in use. - Lead process design sessions, validation rule establishment, and report generation to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Implement performance tuning, exception handling, and notification frameworks to enhance automation platform capabilities. - Integrate automation tools seamlessly with external applications to ensure smooth interoperability. - Possess a deep understanding of various business processes within relevant domains. - Apply industry-standard project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum to project execution. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance through informative team sessions, modularize automation processes, and enhance scalability and maintainability. - Assign tasks effectively, monitor progress to ensure timely project completion, and function as an individual contributor contributing expertise to project deliverables. - Navigate the automation development lifecycle with proficiency and precision, and integrate relevant technology trends into automation processes. Qualifications Required: - Application Design: Ability to design applications and databases using the right design patterns as required. - Architecture tools and frameworks: Familiarity with industry tools/frameworks and ability to analyze and use them based on customer requirements. - Customer Management: Working knowledge of the customer's business domain and technology suite. - Domain/ Industry Knowledge: Application of industry standards/practices, creation of complex business models as per customer requirements. - Estimation and Resource Planning: Identify/assign resources, use appropriate estimation models, and track/report gaps between budgeted and actual spend. - Project Management: Execute complex projects effectively, define QA processes/plan, review project processes and deliverables. - Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Extract functional and non-functional requirements for medium to complex scenarios. - Platform/ Technology Knowledge: Review various product-specific solutions, conduct product demos, and leverage best practices within the product. - Solution Design: Design processes, translate key business drivers into solution building blocks, create solution options, and coordinate process playbacks with stakeholders. - Service Support and Maintenance: Plan/execute transition activities, define scope for a release, design maintenance processes/systems, and track plans to ensure adherence to SLAs.
