Description
As a Power Apps Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and developing RPA solutions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in automation processes. Your role will involve driving process design and improvement initiatives, preparing accurate estimations for project planning, and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities. You will be required to stay updated with the latest features and advancements in RPA technologies relevant to the automation platform in use. Additionally, you will lead process design sessions, implement performance tuning, and integrate automation tools seamlessly with external applications to ensure smooth interoperability. As a Power Apps Professional, you must possess a deep understanding of various business processes within relevant domains and apply industry-standard project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum to project execution. Your responsibilities will also include conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, modularizing automation processes for scalability, and ensuring timely project completion. Required Technical/Functional Competencies: - Application Design: Ability to design applications and databases using the right design patterns to address functional and non-functional requirements. - Architecture Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with industry tools/frameworks and the ability to analyze and use them based on customer requirements. - Customer Management: Working knowledge of the customer's business domain and technology suite to suggest solutions that increase business. - Domain/ Industry Knowledge: Application of industry standards/practices, creation of complex business models, and analysis of current-state and to-be processes. - Estimation and Resource Planning: Identify/assign resources, use appropriate estimation models, and track/report gaps between budgeted and actual spend. - Project Management: Execute complex projects effectively, define QA processes, review project processes and deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations. - Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Extract functional and non-functional requirements for medium to complex scenarios and analyze impact of changes. - Platform/ Technology Knowledge: Review various product-specific solutions, conduct product demos, and leverage best practices within the product. - Solution Design: Design processes, translate key business drivers into solution building blocks, and create solution options based on research. - Service Support and Maintenance: Plan/execute transition activities, define scope for a release, design maintenance processes, and track plans to ensure adherence to SLAs.
