Job Title: Senior Mobile Applications Developer (Flutter)

Experience Level: 5+ years

We are looking for a Senior Flutter and JavaScript Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, as well as expertise in JavaScript for web development. You will work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Flutter Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS and Android).
• JavaScript Development: Work on full-stack development, leveraging JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Node.js) to build dynamic web applications.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement solutions that meet both technical and user requirements.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and code standards.
• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and bottlenecks in both mobile and web applications, ensuring performance and stability.
• Optimize Application Performance: Continuously optimize mobile and web applications for speed, scalability, and usability.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing through code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter and JavaScript development.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Node.js for server-side development is a plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services into mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good understanding of SQL and RDBMS.
• Expertise in creating responsive and dynamic web interfaces.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and real-time application frameworks.
• Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based solutions for mobile app backends.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., unit testing, integration testing, or UI testing).
