Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

As a skilled and motivated Mobile Developer at PENNEP, you will play a key role in creating exceptional mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define app requirements and features. From concept and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support, you will be involved in every phase of the app development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include writing efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code in Flutter, implementing user-friendly interfaces, integrating external APIs and third-party libraries, and ensuring excellent user experiences. You will also be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, troubleshooting bugs, and improving app stability. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is essential to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of work experience in mobile app development, with a strong portfolio of published apps on both iOS and Android platforms. Solid experience with cross-platform development framework Flutter, familiarity with mobile app development frameworks and libraries, and strong problem-solving skills are required. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, knowledge of UI/UX principles, and design best practices are also essential. Additionally, experience with version control systems like Git, mobile app testing, deployment, and performance optimization are preferred. Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), backend development, AWS Cloud technologies, and app deployment processes on the App Store and Google Play Store are considered a plus. Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects are also advantageous. Education: - A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
