As a Mobile Developer at PENNEP, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. From conceptualization to deployment, you will be deeply involved in every phase of the app development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app requirements and features. - Participate in the entire app development lifecycle, including concept, design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. - Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code using Flutter. - Implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure excellent user experiences. - Integrate external APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot bugs, and improve app stability. - Stay updated with industry trends to enhance skills and contribute to team growth. - Take ownership of code quality, security, and performance to deliver reliable applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of work experience in mobile app development with a portfolio of published apps on both iOS and Android platforms. - Solid experience with Flutter for cross-platform development. - Familiarity with mobile app development frameworks and libraries. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design best practices. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Knowledge of mobile app testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
