About the Company:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations using

  Zoho Books

  and related Zoho applications.
• Manage

  Accounts Payable & Receivable

  , journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time.
• Calculate, deduct, and deposit

  Provident Fund (PF)

  and

  Employee State Insurance (ESIC)

  contributions.
• Handle

  Professional Tax (PT)

  compliance, filings, and remittances.
• Ensure timely and accurate

  TDS

  calculation, deduction, and filing of returns.
• Support monthly payroll processing with statutory deductions.
• Prepare financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and financial inspections.
• Stay updated with applicable tax laws and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years

  of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Zoho Books

  and other Zoho finance tools.
• Sound understanding of

  GST

  ,

  PF

  ,

  ESIC

  ,

  Professional Tax

  , and

  TDS

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and general accounting practices.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an IT or product-based company.
• Familiarity with integration of payroll systems and Zoho tools.
• Certification or training in Zoho Books (added advantage).
