Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in cross-platform frameworks (React Native and/or Flutter) to lead the design, development, and delivery of our cutting-edge mobile applications. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical mastery, architectural planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire mobile application lifecycle, including design collaboration, development, testing, deployment (App Store / Play Store), and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and deliver mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter, leveraging native iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) code when necessary.
• Define and architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile app solutions; select appropriate frameworks and enforce best practices.
• Seamlessly integrate backend RESTful APIs/services and third-party SDKs; manage data flow, state management, push notifications, and offline storage solutions.
• Enforce coding standards, lead comprehensive code reviews, and oversee testing procedures to ensure exceptional code quality and stability.
• Serve as a mentor, providing guidance to junior/mid-level developers on best practices, code reuse, documentation, and continuous technical improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, Product) to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications and manage project timelines for successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in mobile application development (covering native iOS/Android and/or cross-platform).
• Strong expertise in developing applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
• Familiarity with native development environments and languages (iOS - Swift/Objective-C; Android - Kotlin/Java).
• Solid grasp of mobile application architecture, design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM), and best practices for performance optimization and memory management.
• Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs, JSON, and managing application state and local data storage.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), build processes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and code-reviewing abilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and communicate effectively within a technical team.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
