Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling Fintech applications. The ideal candidate should not only have strong expertise in Flutter and mobile development but also be comfortable working with AI Copilot tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI agents). You should be able to write effective prompts to AI tools that assist in code generation, debugging, and development acceleration.

• ·      Develop and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• ·      Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless fintech experiences.
• ·      Build secure, scalable, and efficient financial product features (payments, lending, credit scoring, wallets, etc.).
• ·      Leverage AI Copilot/AI Agents to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• ·      Write clear and optimized prompts for AI-assisted code generation and debugging.
• ·      Implement Vibe Coding practices to enhance productivity and creativity with AI tools.
• ·      Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards required in fintech applications.
• ·      Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• ·      Stay updated with the latest in Flutter, AI-powered development, and fintech regulations.

Qualifications

• ·      3+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• ·      Proven experience building and deploying Fintech applications (payments, lending, insurance, banking, credit score, etc.).
• ·      Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• ·      Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets in production apps.
• ·      Good understanding of secure coding practices in fintech (PCI DSS, encryption, authentication flows).
• ·      Experience with prompt engineering and working with AI Copilot/AI Agents for coding tasks.
• ·      Familiarity with Vibe Coding or AI-augmented development workflows.
• ·      Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• ·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• ·      Experience with microservices-based backend integration.
• ·      Prior exposure to AI/ML in fintech products.
• ·      Contribution to open-source Flutter projects.
