Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Intern located in Gurugram. The Account Intern will assist with various account management tasks, including maintaining customer records, supporting financial advisors with their daily operations, and responding to client inquiries. The role involves analytical tasks, conducting market research, and preparing reports. The intern will collaborate closely with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess analytical skills for researching and preparing reports
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of finance and account management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide support to financial advisors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Excel
