About the Role

The MIS & System Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end data flow and ensuring smooth functioning of the Programs. This role will oversee the registration data of schools and students, maintain accurate MIS reports, and provide administrative & basic technical support for the registration portal and other operational portals.

Key Responsibilities

Data & MIS Management

• Collect, consolidate, and manage data flow from field teams, schools, and students.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the system.
• Generate MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on school registrations, student registrations, and overall progress.
• Provide insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making.

Portal Administration & Support

• Manage school and student user accounts on the online portal.
• Approve/verify new school registrations and maintain records.
• Provide Level-1 technical support (login issues, password reset, user creation).
• Coordinate with IT/tech team for bug fixes or escalations.

Operations Coordination

• Work closely with field teams, district/state coordinators to track progress.
• Ensure timelines are met for school onboarding and student registrations.
• Maintain transparency and consistency in data reporting.
• Support audits and compliance by keeping structured data records.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs such as school onboarding numbers, student registration targets, and system uptime.
• Identify gaps, risks, or irregularities in data and resolve proactively.
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Applications, IT, Data Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ experience in MIS / Operations / Data Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of web portals, databases, and user management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in educational programs, NGOs, or large-scale student projects.
• Knowledge of basic SQL / dashboarding tools.
• Ability to train field teams on data entry and portal usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
