MIS Reporting Executive (Excel Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Reporting Executive with strong Microsoft Excel skills. In this role, you will work closely with data to prepare, maintain, and analyze reports that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.
• Consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Use advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, DATE, TEXT, etc.) for data analysis.
• Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and dashboards for management review.
• Apply conditional formatting and charts to highlight KPIs and trends.
• Automate recurring reports using formulas and basic macros.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data on time.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting or data management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards).
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/IT preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
