We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Reporting Executive with strong Microsoft Excel skills. In this role, you will work closely with data to prepare, maintain, and analyze reports that support business decisions. While the role doesn’t involve heavy volumes, meeting deadlines and maintaining top-quality output will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel. Consolidate, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Use advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, DATE, TEXT, etc.) for data analysis. Create and manage Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and dashboards for management review. Apply conditional formatting and charts to highlight KPIs and trends. Automate recurring reports using formulas and basic macros. Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data on time. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting or data management. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards). Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
