Role Summary

CompleteTrip.com is a growing B2C and B2E online travel company being 15 years in the travel industry.

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Reconciliation Executive who will be responsible for daily tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of funds, bookings, vendor wallets, and payment gateway settlements.

This role is critical to ensure that inventory funding, ticket issuance, customer payments, Razorpay settlements, and bank credits are fully matched, discrepancies are identified quickly, and issues are resolved with internal and external teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Daily Reconciliation

• Prepare daily MIS reports covering bookings, cancellations, refunds, vendor-wise sales, and margins
• Reconcile vendor wallet balances with actual bookings issued via API
• Track funds added from bank to vendor wallets and ensure correct utilization
• Reconcile website bookings vs vendor-issued tickets

Payment Gateway & Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile Razorpay payment reports with website bookings
• Track payment gateway charges, settlements, and net credits received in bank
• Match customer payments → Razorpay settlement → bank credit
• Identify short/excess settlements and follow up with Razorpay if required

Discrepancy Analysis & Resolution

• Identify mismatches related to bookings, payments, vendor balances, refunds, or commissions
• Coordinate with tech, operations, finance, and vendor support teams to resolve issues
• Maintain proper documentation for discrepancies and resolutions

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards for management
• Maintain booking, payment, vendor, and reconciliation trackers in Excel
• Support audit, internal reviews, and management analysis
• Suggest process improvements to reduce reconciliation gaps and errors

Candidate Profile – Must Have

✔ 3–5 years of experience minimum in MIS / Reconciliation / Finance Operations
✔ Prior experience in travel, OTA, or ticketing companies is mandatory
✔ Hands-on experience with vendors
✔ Strong understanding of travel booking flow, ticket issuance, cancellations & refunds
✔ Experience handling payment gateways (Razorpay preferred)
✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation sheets)
✔ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills✔ Comfortable working in a high-volume, daily reporting environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with API-based booking systems
• Knowledge of travel accounting, commissions, markups, and incentives
• Experience coordinating with tech teams for booking/payment issues
• Understanding of GST impact on travel transactions
