detail-oriented and analytical MIS Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  
• Maintain and update sales dashboards, lead conversion reports, and project performance trackers.
  
• Coordinate with

  Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations

  teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze data trends related to sales performance, inventory, revenue, and customer insights.
  
• Prepare and present performance analysis reports for management and key stakeholders.
  
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting systems and platforms.
  
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Support management with forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring activities.
  
• Monitor CRM data and ensure lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion reports are properly maintained.
  
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and performance reports as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science

  , or a related field.
• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting — preferably within the

  Real Estate industry

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  MS Excel

  ,

  Google Sheets

  , and familiarity with data visualization tools like

  Power BI

  Tableau

  .
• Working knowledge of

  CRM tools

  (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience managing sales and revenue data for residential or commercial real estate projects.
