Roster Preparation on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis by coordinating with Ops.
Effectively coordinating with all stakeholders in order to plan & deliver effective schedules
Generating reports to analyze business performance across functions on a periodic basis with adherence to quality and accuracy.
Should have knowledge of Dashboards, automation process and Catering to reporting requirements from Operations and other teams
Documentation of the reporting process to ensure backup and consistency. Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.

Desired Skills

2 years work experience in similar profile
Ability to research and analyze trends
Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution
Proficiency in using data query languages such as SQL , Python and MS Office tools
Strong business acumen and ability to intelligently articulate problems and solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with competing priorities and communicating with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders
