MIS Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive (only female) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Only. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making and business operations. This role involves generating reports and ensuring data integrity across systems. The MIS Executive must have a keen eye for detail, the ability to handle large datasets, and expertise in using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, analyze, and update data in MIS systems or databases to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data validation to ensure consistency and reliability of information.
• Organize, categorize, and structure data for efficient reporting and accessibility.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean, analyze, and manipulate data as required.
• Adhere to established data management procedures while maintaining data confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• A graduate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and analyzing data, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with other departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Advance MS Excel is advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
