Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze various data sources, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, and develop dashboards to present insights to management.
System Management & Maintenance:Ensure the reliable and efficient functioning of information systems and networks.
Data Integrity & Security:Maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of company data and implement backup and recovery plans.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, software, and networks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with various departments to gather data requirements and align information system strategies with business goals.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data discrepancies and system issues.
Communication:Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Database Management:Understanding of database management principles.
