Insurance Executive

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and insurance packages.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Assess clients' automobile insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Product and Market Expertise:
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various automobile insurance policies, products, and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes.
• Recommend policy changes or new products to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Administrative and Operational Tasks:
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and manage policy renewals.
• Process policy amendments and ensure adherence to company regulations.
• Facilitate the claims process and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar sales-oriented role.
• Education:A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is often required.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse clients.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
