JOB DESCRIPTION OF INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE
Designation:- Insurance Sales Executive
Department:- Sales
Experience:- 1-2 Year
Salary Offered:- 15000-22000 CTC (Hike depends on previous experience and interview performance)
Qualification:- Any Graduates
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits.
· Explain various insurance plans, features, benefits, and premium calculations to potential clients.
· Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer needs and financial goals.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Provide prompt service and assistance in policy renewals, claims, and other customer queries.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Ensure all documentation, policy issuance, and payment collections are done accurately and on time.
· Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance requirements (IRDAI guidelines, KYC, etc.).
· Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
· Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to management.
· Assist clients during claim settlement and follow up with insurance providers when necessary.
