Recommending destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client requirements. Booking and Coordination: Making flight, hotel, car rental, and other necessary reservations. Coordinating with various travel vendors and suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Managing booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting connections with clients to encourage repeat business. Respond Promptly: Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Marketing and Promotion: Promoting travel packages and services to potential clients. Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. Job Requirements: Good Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English, Hindi. Sales Skills: Effective techniques for closing bookings.
