Holiday Sales Advisor

You will be responsible for personalizing travel packages by consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Based on their requirements, you will recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Additionally, you will handle booking and coordination tasks such as making flight, hotel, and car rental reservations, as well as managing booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations by coordinating with various travel vendors and suppliers. Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. It is essential to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Furthermore, you will be involved in marketing and promoting travel packages and services to potential clients, including developing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in effective sales techniques for closing bookings. - Knowledge of key travel destinations and trends in the travel industry.
