Job Description: As a Travel Consultant at our company located in Sector 18, Noida, you will be responsible for personalizing travel packages for clients with 3-7 years of experience in the travel industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Personalizing Travel Packages: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget in order to create customized holiday packages. Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client requirements. - Booking and Coordination: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other necessary arrangements. Coordinate with various travel vendors and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Manage booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations. - Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with clients to foster repeat business. - Respond Promptly: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Marketing and Promotion: Promote travel packages and services to potential clients. Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. Job Requirements: - Good Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Sales Skills: Proficient in effective techniques for closing bookings. - Travel Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key travel destinations and industry trends.
