Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Collect, compile, and analyze data from various internal systems and sources. Develop, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Create dashboards and performance reports for management and key stakeholders. Identify data discrepancies and work with respective teams to resolve them. Automate reports using advanced Excel functions, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of reports. Support departments with data-driven insights and custom reports as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Assist in system upgrades or implementation of new reporting tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
