Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology in Udaipur is looking for a dynamic MIS Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in AMC / Damage parts, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance and Vendor Managed Inventory particularly in mining operations, and a passion for driving MIS and data Analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Tracking and analysis of AMC / Damage Parts for multiple sites and ensure timely submission of offers and continuous follow-ups for approvals.

Act as a backup in the absence of the VMI executive as part of a succession plan.

Support warranty and parts sales teams in documentation tasks for focus on coordination with customer and internal teams

Monitor and support sites for machine audits, exploring new opportunities and improving service visibility.

Processing of Maintenance Order (MO) and follow-up with customer.

Submission of invoices in Ariba and coordination with SSC for payment collection.

Follow-up with OD team for Pick Note (PN) and maintain track of approved parts.
Qualification
Bachelor’s in commerce, Science OR Diploma in mechanical / automobile / electrical. Certification in MS Office and advanced excel will be preferred.
Skills & Experience

Proficient in data management like Ms Excel, Maximo, SAP etc.

Understanding of equipment maintenance and mining operations

Persuasive communication and liaison with all stakeholders

3-5 years of work experience in same industry involved in MIS and data analysis. Prior experience in equipment maintenance or mining projects would be preferred.
