Job Description

In this role as a Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate data collection, processing, and reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making and drive business strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to prepare accurate reports. - Designing, developing, and implementing MIS policies and procedures. - Assisting in developing new information systems or enhancing existing ones. - Creating and maintaining dashboards for real-time data monitoring. - Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in MIS databases. - Conducting regular audits of information systems for efficiency. - Collaborating with management to define analytical needs. - Preparing presentations and reports for management review. - Training staff on new software applications or system updates. - Providing technical support for MIS applications and systems. - Tracking key performance indicators and metrics. - Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting. - Responding to data-related inquiries from stakeholders. - Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. - Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives related to data management. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar MIS role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. - Experience with database management and reporting software. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proven experience in project management. - Knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques. - Capacity to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Understanding of business operations and performance metrics. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. - Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
