Location: Chandni Central, Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Mathematics background preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at our Chandni Central, Kolkata office. The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Advanced Excel, and Pivot Tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
• Design, manage, and collect data using Google Forms and organize the responses in Google Sheets.
• Analyze large volumes of data and present insights and trends to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data inputs.
• Work towards automating recurring reporting processes where possible.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MIS/Data Management role.
• Strong command over Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and essential Excel formulas.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver reports on time.
• Candidates with a Mathematics background will be given preference.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandni Central, Kolkata.

Salary Offered:

• ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
