Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Howrah
Experience Required: 3 to 4 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Candidates from a Mathematics background preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIS Executive to join our team in Howrah. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and analytical functions. Candidates with a mathematics background and a keen eye for data accuracy are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data and create summaries using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Design and manage Google Sheets and Google Forms for data collection and reporting.
• Identify trends, errors, and insights from large data sets to support decision-making.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in MIS/Data Management roles.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, especially Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Experience with Google Forms for data collection and management.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Mathematics graduates will be given preference.
