Job Description

As a MIS & Administration Executive at our organization, your role will involve managing data collection, MIS reporting, and analysis, as well as ensuring smooth office administration and operational support. You will need to have strong analytical skills, proficiency in systems, and the ability to handle day-to-day office management tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and validate data from various internal and external sources, identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure data integrity. - Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports tailored to management's needs, ensuring accurate, timely, and formatted reporting of business metrics. - Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, delivering actionable recommendations based on data analysis. - Maintain and update MIS systems in coordination with the IT team, ensuring data systems are secure and functioning efficiently. - Provide timely data support to teams including management, sales, and operations, responding to ad-hoc data requests and reporting queries. - Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases, coordinate meetings, events, and prepare supporting documents. - Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients, managing calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately. - Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional office environment. - Accurately input and maintain data in systems, handling sensitive information with confidentiality. - Assist with special assignments and projects as delegated by management. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, administrative support, or a similar role. Skills Required: - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts, etc.). - Familiarity with MIS/reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage confidential information. - Coordination and multitasking capabilities.
