Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and young Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in North Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials, interiors, doors, or related product sales . You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with architects, project consultants, contractors, and dealers , and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales in the assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants . Visit project sites, meet clients regularly, and offer solutions tailored to their needs. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular feedback to the management on market trends and competitor activity. Ensure long-term customer engagement and foster brand loyalty. Work closely with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support. Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in Engineering preferred; other graduates with relevant experience may also apply. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales of building materials, doors, interiors, or related sectors. Proven track record of handling architectural and project-based sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within North Kerala. Passion for sales and a long-term career mindset.
